Ten years ago I recorded a quick version of this song on tape with an acoustic guitar/vocal track. A few of the lines were taken from a much earlier song of mine that I have yet to release. When it came time to rerecording in 2018 I layered the off percussion, added bass, guitar and addition harmony vocals. It may have a dream like quality with images from newspaper articles and my immediate surroundings.
